Job Description
A. Financial Reporting & Analysis: Review and interpret financial statements, performance indicators, and market trends to prepare comprehensive reports and dashboards, including forecasting and budget planning.
B. Data Handling: Gather, validate, and structure financial data from multiple sources (e.g., accounting systems, transaction records, and market databases) to ensure accuracy and consistency.
C. Forecasting & Modeling: Develop financial models to estimate future outcomes, analyze investment options, and measure the impact of strategic decisions.
D. Budget Management: Prepare and review monthly and yearly budgets, comparing projections against actual results to track performance.
E. Performance Review: Monitor financial KPIs, conduct variance analysis, and highlight areas that require improvements or may pose risks.
F. Team Collaboration: Partner with finance, accounting, and management teams to align on business priorities and deliver clear, actionable insights.
G. Additional Duties: Other responsibilities may be assigned by the Manager as needed.
Job Requirements
A. Excel Proficiency: Strong skills in advanced Excel (functions, pivot tables, and financial modeling) are required.
B. Reporting Tools: Ability to design effective, easy-to-read data visualizations and financial reports.
C. Financial Expertise: Solid grounding in accounting standards, corporate finance, and interpretation of financial statements.
