HUMAN RESOURCE TASKS

• Facilitate all documents of new hire and orientation for new joiners (under supervisor) from the first day.

• To coordinate the recruitment and selection process for hiring new employees. This includes collaborating with hiring managers to define job requirements, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating the offer and onboarding process.

• Ensure accurate and timely processing of employee salaries, bonuses, and other payments.

• To coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills, competencies, and job performance. Identify training needs, organize training sessions or workshops, and track employee participation and progress.

• To work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and departments to support organizational objectives.

• To communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including senior management, department heads, and employees to address HR-related issues and initiatives.

• To continuously evaluate HR processes, systems, and practices to identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency.

• To implement best practices, adopt new technologies, and seek feedback from stakeholders to enhance HR effectiveness and service delivery.

• To support any functional/event related to employees’ engagement program.

• Others task assign by Deputy Human Resource Manager.
