Job Description
Review and monitor the school’s overall financial performance.
Prepare income statements and cash flow reports covering student payments, book sales, snack and beverage sales, uniform sales, application fees, lunch and daycare fees, school transportation fees, and other revenues.
Provide monthly reports on student payment tracking and control.
Review and respond to requests included in the Campus Principal’s monthly reports.
Present quarterly financial results and prepare projections for the upcoming quarter in management meetings.
Assess the school’s financial position through financial statements.
Conduct audits and evaluate the condition and maintenance of equipment, furniture, and other supplies at both the Head Office and Campuses.
Participate in quarterly meetings with the Management Board to discuss financial action plans.
Develop and update the school’s Break-Even Point (BEP) analysis.
Compile, prepare, and interpret reports, budgets, accounts, commentaries, and financial statements.
Contribute to strategic analysis and assist in long-term planning.
Prepare financial projections and long-term business plans.
Conduct research on pricing, competitor activities, and performance drivers.
Manage income, cash flow, and expenditures effectively.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial management.
Strong skills in budgeting and cash flow planning.
Proficiency in English; knowledge of Chinese is an advantage.
Ability to work independently with good self-management skills.
Strong teamwork and team-building abilities.
Willingness to learn continuously and grow professionally.
Ability to handle pressure and adapt to changing situations.
