Job Description
- Supervise and control departmental budgets and expenditures in line with the annual allocation to ensure effective resource utilization.
- Work closely with the brand management team to design marketing strategies and initiatives aligned with client objectives and overall business goals to achieve annual sales targets.
- Prepare product demand forecasts and consistently monitor stock levels to maintain optimal inventory.
- Oversee new product launches, including rollout schedules, launch plans, sample preparation (if required), and display standards.
- Track and analyze sales performance, providing recommendations for marketing activities to drive sales growth.
- Conduct market research to evaluate customer perceptions of existing products and potential new offerings.
- Deliver product training sessions to equip the sales team with technical knowledge and selling skills.
- Build and sustain long-term relationships with clients to strengthen partnerships.
- Serve as the primary contact for all product-related inquiries, collaborating with colleagues to resolve issues effectively.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager.
Job Requirements
- Strong skills in client relationship management and effective communication.
- Solid analytical abilities with knowledge of statistical analysis techniques.
- Respectful and mindful of cultural differences, particularly in cross-country or cross-cultural settings.
- Proficient in English, both verbal and written.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
