Job Summary The Reporting Officer is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and presenting data in the form of accurate and timely reports to support decision-making within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and compile data from various departments or systems

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports

• Analyze data trends and provide insights to management

• Ensure accuracy and completeness of reports

• Maintain and update reporting databases and dashboards

• Coordinate with different teams to gather required information

• Identify errors or inconsistencies in data and resolve them

• Support management with ad-hoc reports and analysis

• Ensure reports are submitted on time according to deadlines

Requirements / Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or related field

• 1–3 years of experience in reporting, data analysis, or similar role (fresh graduates can also apply)

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel

• Familiarity with reporting tools

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills

• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
