We’re looking for our first Sales Manager – and potentially our future General Manager – to lead our Cambodian food distribution business.

💼 Your Responsibilities
– Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
– Acquire and manage customers, HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés), Modern Trade (MT), Traditional Trade (TT) sector
– Lead negotiations and contract creation with new accounts
– Design and execute marketing approaches that drive revenue
– Build a Solid Sales Foundation:
– → Develop team rules & processes using Notion
– → Train and guide junior team members to scale performance
You’ll work closely with the Japanese CEO and take a central role in both day-to-day and strategic operations.
💰 Compensation
– Salary $500+, negotiable
✅ What You Bring
– B2B sales experience in at least one of the following:
– HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés)
– Modern Trade (MT)
– Traditional Trade (TT)
– Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
– Leadership mindset and ability to coach junior team members
– Experience with tools like Excel, Google Drive, and Notion
– Khmer: Native-level | English: Business-level (Required)
🕒 Work Conditions
– 📍 #135, St. 472, Toul Tompong 2, Chamkarmon, Phnom Penh
– 🕗 Mon–Sat, 8:00–17:00 (1h lunch break)
– 🛌 Sunday + Cambodian public holidays off
