Responsibilities
- Manage all after-sales operations, including installation, maintenance, repairs, and warranty services for kitchen appliances.
- Lead and supervise a team of service technicians and customer support staff.
- Ensure prompt and high-quality service delivery, focusing on customer satisfaction and retention.
- Resolve escalated customer complaints and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Track and report on service KPIs such as response times, repair rates, and customer feedback.
- Oversee service inventory, spare parts, and tools to ensure availability and cost efficiency.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet customer expectations and address service-related issues.
- Develop and enforce service procedures, safety guidelines, and staff training programs.
- Coordinate with manufacturers or distributors for technical support and warranty claims.
- Foster a service-oriented culture and continually improve after-sales processes.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 3–5 years of experience in service management or a supervisory role, preferably in home appliances or electronics.
- Strong technical knowledge of kitchen appliances and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills (Khmer & English).
- Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with service management software is a plus.
