Monday to Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM & 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM

Responsibilities

  • Manage all after-sales operations, including installation, maintenance, repairs, and warranty services for kitchen appliances.
  • Lead and supervise a team of service technicians and customer support staff.
  • Ensure prompt and high-quality service delivery, focusing on customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Resolve escalated customer complaints and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
  • Track and report on service KPIs such as response times, repair rates, and customer feedback.
  • Oversee service inventory, spare parts, and tools to ensure availability and cost efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to meet customer expectations and address service-related issues.
  • Develop and enforce service procedures, safety guidelines, and staff training programs.
  • Coordinate with manufacturers or distributors for technical support and warranty claims.
  • Foster a service-oriented culture and continually improve after-sales processes.

    Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • 3–5 years of experience in service management or a supervisory role, preferably in home appliances or electronics.
  • Strong technical knowledge of kitchen appliances and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills (Khmer & English).
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with service management software is a plus.
